Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has unveiled his latest project, a social media app called Chatter, following his failed crypto token “Timeless Davido” otherwise known as $DAVIDO.
This comes weeks after Davido’s cryptocurrency experienced a rise and fall in the market.
The singer said the newly launched app is a social audiovisual platform designed to connect content creators with communities to amplify their voices.
Davido had partnered with leading blockchain platforms, Phantom and Solana, to launch his $DAVIDO token which reached an impressive market cap of $10m within four hours of its release.
However, the excitement was short-lived as the token’s value subsequently dropped.
Despite the setback, Davido on Friday in a post on his X handle, announced the launch of ‘Chatter’ which he co-owns with his close friend Sir Banko.
