Manchester United are reportedly now looking at one of the Premier League’s most in-form strikers amid other interest from top clubs.
United’s search for another striker is common knowledge, with Joshua Zirkzee already looking to be on his way out next summer.
Juventus are keen on signing the striker, even using their Champions League trip to England this week to travel to Manchester to discuss an offer.
Zirkzee hasn’t made it through half the season yet before he’s already looking at departing, with his limited game time set to continue under Ruben Amorim.
Star striker Rasmus Hojlund was on fine form this week, grabbing a brace and an assist in United’s 3-2 Europa League win over Bodo/Glimt on Thursday night.
The striker has now scored four goals and grabbed one assist in 14 games this season.
However, the club need more than one striker if Zirkzee is to leave in the summer.
Now The Red Devils are looking to Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap as reinforcement.

Manchester United eye up Liam Delap
The Athletic have reported that United are joining Chelsea and Manchester City, Delap’s former club.
Delap moved to Ipswich this summer from City for £15 million and has been in great form for the newly promoted club.
Despite being in the relegation zone, Delap has registered six goals and an assist in 13 games, including a brace against Aston Villa.
The report explains that Delap displays the traits of an “old-school” forward, being able to hold-up play against the high press. His quality shooting and dribbling allow him to be directly involved in build-up play as well as converting at the end.
Despite Ipswich wanting to retain their star striker, they may have no choice but to sell next summer, especially if the club are relegated.
City may cause issues for United if they wan to resign their star. Most sales now have buy-back clauses or matching rights, giving the former club a massive advantage in any transfer race.
