June and July have become the best times to find sales on tech and video games outside of Black Friday, and the Summer deals are really heating up.
Bandai Namco released Tekken 8 not even six months ago, but prospective players can already pick up the flashy 3D fighter for 50% off for a limited time.
This appears to be the best deal yet on Tekken since launch, and since it’s uknown how long the discounts are going to last, those interesting should probably act fast.
Over at Walmart, the retailer has both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of Tekken 8 marked half off their original price down to $35.
Amazon is also running the deal currently for just the Xbox version too though of course these sales are only confirmed for the United States right now.
Those on PC can still get a strong discount too, as Tekken 8 is 43% off in the Steam Summer Sale alongside 100 other fighting games and their DLC including Street Fighter 6 and Mortal Kombat 1.
Speaking of SF6 and MK1, both them and Tekken 8 are also featured in Target’s Buy 2 Get 1 Free game sale along wth other big titles like Alan Wake 2 Deluxe Edition, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, Final Fantasy 16, Helldivers 2, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Persona 3 Reload, Resident Evil 4, Rise of the Ronin, and Stellar Blade among many others until July 13.
There should be even more deals to look out for next week too with Amazon Prime Day on July 16, so now is a pretty darn good time to start grabbing games that have been on your radar if you don’t want to wait until November.
