Minimum Requirements
Matric
Customs Affairs Diploma or equivalent
Four years general experience in a Customs Clearing environment with good knowledge of Customs Affairs
A good working knowledge of South African Customs Legislation
Experience in Microsoft Office
Experience in Cargowise would be advantageous
Experience on SAP would be advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
Framing and invoicing of Ex-Bond Bills of Entries (XIB, XRW, XGR, XIR, XDP)
Ensure that all XIB and XRW E-Bond Bills of entry are acquitted
Frame and invoice Imports and Exports movements timeously, correctly and efficiently
Maintain and safe keep of Rebate permits
Capturing of Cargo Dues
Ensure that all Import shipments have signed Customs Clearing Instructions
Ensure that all outstanding bonded movements are framed or accounted for
