Oliver Glasner has highlighted Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, Bruno Fernandes, Rasmus Hojlund and Kobbie Mainoo as some of Manchester United’s biggest threats.
”I expect a lot of quality, players’ quality and coaching quality. They suffered from many injuries this season, but they still have a lot of quality, offensively,” said Glasner in his pre-match press conference.
Manchester United travel to Selhurst Park on Monday, with the game set to kick-off at 20:00 BST, live on Sky Sports Premier League and Main Event.
While the German is right to mention United’s struggles with injuries throughout the season, there is finally some positive news on that front ahead of the game against Crystal Palace.
Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Jonny Evans, Scott McTominay and Anthony Martial have all returned to training.
On Marcus Rashford’s availability, Erik ten Hag said: ”Rashy, I think he is a big doubt. For Monday, at this moment, I do not expect him back.”
United’s captain, Bruno Fernandes, is also a major doubt for this game. Ten Hag mentioned that he is fighting to be available by Monday and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Fernandes in the starting 11 considering how he never seems to miss a game for the club.
