CRSG COMMITTED TO MAKING THE STATE AN INVESTOR'S HAVEN - EMILY MADUIKE

As part of efforts of the State Government to decouple Cross River State from a Civil Service State and make it an industrial hub and an investors haven, the State Governor, Sen. (Prof) Ben Ayade through the Office of the Special Adviser on Brand Marketing and Networking has commenced activities towards projecting the industrial drives of this administration.

Speaking during the February 2020 edition of the Monthly Ministerial Press Briefing held at the Cross River State Ministry of Information and Orientation,Headquarters,Calabar the Special Adviser to the Governor on Brand Marketing and Networking, Mrs. Emily Njah-Maduike explained that Cross River State is beyond tourism and it is expedient to strategically expose the world to this fact, adding that the industrial drives of the Governor Ben Ayade led administration needs to be given publicity and taken to world markets to woo investors into the State.

She pointed out that the Cocoa Processing Plant in Ikom, the Rice Seedling factory and other industries available  in Cross River State have to be properly packaged and sold to the world to inform them of the industrial strides of the present administration and thereby attract willing and profitable partnership for the betterment of the local people and the Sttae in general.

The Special Adviser nformed that every activity and programme towards the realisation of this feat is in top gear and in due course, the State will benefit graciously through increased the Internally Generated Revenue and commercial activities will increase,emphasizing that this will also provide employment opportunities for Cross Riverians.
