The Cross River State Government has commence the payment of salary arrears of workers of Calabar Urban Development Authority (CUDA).
The Commissioner for Environment, Michael Aye who confirmed this to newsmen during a chat said the payment was carried out at the premises of CUDA.
Recalled that some aggrieved workers of CUDA had during the week protested the non-payment of bag-log of their salaries and ill-treatment method out to them by the state government.
