The Cross River Special Advisers Forum has congratulated the Special Adviser on Youth Mobilization, Comrade Dan Obo, on his emergence as the Vice President, South-South, of the Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC), describing the feat as a monumental achievement for both the state and the region.
In a statement signed by the Secretary of the Forum on Tuesday, Barr. Gilbert Agbor, the body of Special Advisers lauded Obo’s dedication to youth empowerment, noting that his elevation to the national leadership of the Congress reflects his longstanding commitment to the welfare and advancement of young people across Nigeria.
According to the Forum, Comrade Obo’s emergence is not just a personal milestone but “a collective victory for the entire South-South region, particularly Cross River State,” where he has been widely acknowledged for his advocacy, grassroots mobilization, and leadership capacity.
