Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative environment.
Set the overall creative direction and ensure it aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with designers, copy writers, and other creative professionals to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute creative campaigns.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and idea-sharing.
Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve and grow in their roles.
Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the creative team remains innovative and competitive.
Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Communications.
Proven experience in a creative leadership role, demonstrating successful team management and project delivery.
Proven 2-3 years experience in a PR agency. This must appear clearly on your CV. This is very important please
Strong understanding of design principles, copywriting, and multimedia production.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in creative software and tools.
