We are looking for 2 x Coordinator: Planning to exist as a key catalyst to centralization of the work planning function for the purpose of improving the maturity of Work Management within the area of responsibility, to ensure availability and reliability at a minimum cost.
This role will also be reporting in a matrix structure to the Manager: Asset Management in order to deliver on a Top-Down approach to Work Management Best Practices.

Reporting to the Reliability Maintenance Manager and working in a challenging and exciting environment within Asset Management Operations, you will be:

Identifying, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant information to support effective asset management and related decisions.
Providing information for systematic and rigorous root-cause analysis.
Participating in improvement and review of asset tactics.
Using all available asset health information for improved planning effectiveness
Managing the processes needed to implement whole of life plans.
Participate in reviewing and improving asset management strategies and tactics.
Applying the appropriate change practices.
Applying continuous improvement principles.

What you’ll bring

N6 Diploma/S4 Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering,
Trade Tested with 5 to 8 years exposure to aspects of Work Management and Planning environment advantageous.
Asset Management and/or Work Management Certifications (advantageous)
Prior training in Work Management and experience in coaching within aspects Work Management
5 years’ experience working and improving the Work Management process. Be familiar with Rio Tinto Asset Management Standards
