Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food preparation meets health and safety guidelines.
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong sales abilities
Performance-driven
OND/HND/BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling
At least 5 years proven experience in a multi-site restaurant, food and beverage or retail outlets
Proven customer service experience
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredient and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Acute financial management skills.
Ability to collaborate with different team members at different employment levels
