Key Responsibilities
Strategic Content Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all content production activities to achieve quantity and quality goals.
- Develop and implement scalable workflows for content production, ensuring alignment with Nairametrics’ business objectives.
- Ensure all content meets audience expectations, industry trends, and brand standards.
Content Lifecycle Oversight:
- Supervise the production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, setting clear milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to guide continuous improvement strategies.
Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm, refine, and execute innovative content ideas across platforms (web, social media, video, etc.).
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive content innovation.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and support the content production team to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Identify training needs and provide resources for team growth and development.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining content quality.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
