Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Plan, create, and edit high-quality videos, graphics, and photos for online distribution.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics.
Research trends, topics, and audience preferences to create relevant and compelling content.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor social media platforms and engage with audiences to boost brand interaction.
Track content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content strategy.
Generate ideas and concepts that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
Assist in creating and managing paid campaigns when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in content creation, or a similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience in video production and editing is a must.
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
