Some time ago, Cloud805 released what he believed was his final tier list for Dragon Ball FighterZ. Little did we all know, the developers would later release several balance patches despite previously stating that they were finished with making adjustments to the game.
As such, Dragon Ball FighterZ’s meta has seen considerable shifts in the meta since Cloud805’s “final tier list” from before. In a recent video, Cloud805 spends about an hour and a half discussing his final, FINAL tier list — so long as the developers don’t release yet another update that rebalances the cast.
The characters at the very top of the tier list are Perfect Cell, Beerus, Super Baby 2, Jiren, Android 17, and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta. These fighters are essentially in the “S tier,” but have been labeled as characters that “killed the game” as Cloud805 describes them as being annoying to fight against.
Adult Gohan is in a tier category by himself. Essentially, Adult Gohan is acknowledged as an S tier, but is “too cool to kill the game,” according to Cloud805.
The worst characters in the game are said to be Ultra Instinct Goku and Kid Buu. This is quite interesting as both combatants were considered to be top tier threats at different points of the game’s lifecycle.
