Duties and responsibilities:
Do clinical placements according to curriculum guidelines.
Capture work-integrated learning data for undergraduate and postgraduate.
Keep a record of work-integrated learning data.
Report issues and challenges at least weekly.
Generate monthly work-integrated learning reports for the purpose of student monitoring.
Assist in creating and setting up a clinical placement system.
Maintain/develop clear communication channels with students.
Attend to student placement enquiries expeditiously.
Coordinate students' placement activities.
Provide student support in relation to placements.
Inherent Job requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or B Tech degree on NQF level 7 in Health Sciences related fields.
A minimum of one (1) year's relevant working experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
Recommendations:
Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
