Clerk (Admin)




Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Daily sales invoicing
  • Assist in administrative duties
  • Filing
  • Reconciliations
  • Prepare, capture, and summarise reports
  • General office duties
  • Answer and respond to organisation emails and forward communication to appropriate parties as necessary
  • Responsible for daily record keeping of certain key accounts i.e. data capturing and filing
  • Daily spreadsheets with regards to stock control, work orders and mechanical maintenance controls
  • Daily liaising with mine accountants and mine stores personnel and buyers
  • Creating of control sheets for cost controlling and expenses
  • Assist where required to keep office running smoothly
  • Assist with Payroll entries, problem resolution and queries
  • Any other duties given by management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position (advantageous)
  • Computer literate with advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
  • Own transport
