Cristiano Ronaldo and Salvatore Ganacci were recently revealed to be playable within Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. These are definitely some of the more unexpected guest characters that we’ve seen in recent times.
To celebrate these collaborations, SNK has released a new trailer that pits the two against one another. It’s a bit of an odd crossover, but the trailer does manage to come off as being epic regardless.
At the beginning of the scene, Ronaldo can be seen sitting down with his energy-based football on the table. “Any questions?” he asks into his mic.
His neighbor, who is revealed to be Salvatore Ganacci, reveals that he has a question for Ronaldo. From here, he jumps up, does a roll along the ground, stands up, flicks the football away, and points directly at Ronaldo.
There’s a brief moment of silence between the two as Ganacci continues to hold his index finger at Ronaldo’s direction. “Ready to lose?” asks Ganacci. This prompts Ronaldo to flip over the desk and begin the fight.
From here, we then cut into the gameplay for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Both characters get their time to shine against one another.
