Mai Shiranui has been officially revealed for the upcoming Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. In addition to the new character reveal SNK has also released an new City of the Wolves trailer and a release date for the game.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will drop on April 24, 2025 and feature a base roster of 17 characters. The game’s first season will add an additional 5 DLC characters to continue to mix up the action. Continue on to see both trailers.
The fiery fan-wielder has been a staple of the series ever since her introduction back in Fatal Fury 2, and is rivaled in notoriety only by Terry Bogard (who just got his own trailer for Street Fighter 6).
While she will have her iconic red and white attire as an alternate costume, Mai’s main look in City of the Wolves is more that of a biker’s as prominently features black leather.

Pre-orders are live now for City of the Wolves. The Special Edition includes the base game + Season Pass 1 for $59.99 USD. Players who pre-order the game will receive a Terry Bogard costume based on his classic Fatal Fury appearance, as well as three days of early access starting April 21, 2025.
