MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric with mathematics
Minimum of 10 years management experience in citrus, preferably obtained on more than one farm/location.
Ability to both compile and work to a budget.
Previous packhouse experience advantageous
Experience with Degreening/ Electronic grading/Packing standards/Logistics/working with export agents advantageous
Computer literate
Excellent attention to detail with good results at present employer.
A strong knowledge of production, harvest, irrigation, spraying, pruning, fertilization, and general orchard management.
Strong Inter person relations with good communication and people skills.
Ability to work with a large labor force, to motivate and get good productivity
A strong work ethic and leading by example
A clear criminal record and with no criminal cases pending.
Valid drivers license
