Christian Dumontet, husband to Christine Quinn, has found himself in hot water. Again. He’s been arrested for the second time, folks.
Just a day after being hauled in for assault with a deadly weapon, he’s back in the hands of the Los Angeles Police. This time, it was on March 20. The reason? He returned to the family home, despite Quinn having an emergency protective order against him. This juicy tidbit is according to a booking log E! News managed to get their hands on.
Now, this protective order wasn’t just for show. It was put in place after a nasty domestic incident. The other party involved? Their 2-year-old son, also named Christian.
The incident happened on March 19. Dumontet, in a fit of rage, threw a bag containing glass. He missed his intended target, but hit the child, causing injury. This isn’t just hearsay, the Los Angeles Police confirmed it to E! News.
When the police and paramedics arrived, they treated the child on the scene. But, they didn’t transport him to the hospital.
However, a source in the know told E! News a different story. According to them, the paramedics on site decided that little Christian needed to go to the ER. And guess who took him there? Quinn herself.
After each arrest, Dumontet was taken into custody on a $30,000 bail. He paid up each time and was released. Now, according to jail documents, he’s set to appear in court on April 11. So, we’ll have to wait and see how this drama unfolds.
