The best gift we can all give to our children is the hope for a better future.
Children are a blessing and special gift from God. As they mark the children’s day 2020 today.
I urge them to be of good behavior,
To imbibe the virtues of respect and patience.
To be of good moral conduct and above all
To love and fear God.
I want to also use this opportunity to admonishe parents and guardians to give adequate attention towards the good upbringing of their children.
“The children are vulnerable persons within our society, their upbringing is our collective responsibility.
I as a Positive Change Agent therefore charge all parents and guardians to as a matter of priority, give attention to the growing aspects of the children under their care, provide for their needs, also try to know the kind of friends/relationship their children keep, the activities they’re engaged in, parents/guardians should try to have a good relationship with their children for easy discussions of heart to heart talk.
I also think if we gather on a round table in our homes atleast once a month to evaluate the activities of our children, it will do the magic of shaping and reshaping to bring out the best in them.
“We hope that this will help reshape our society and curb the negative impact of bad upbringing that manifest in bad behaviors in the near future.
So let’s join hands to prepare the children for a happier and better tomorrow.
