Update: This story is being updated with live results as they occur.
The final offline premier for the Capcom Pro Tour is happening this weekend in Paris, France.
Notable players participating are plentiful, but for just a sample — this weekend you’ll be able to see Bandits|MenaRD, BST|Fuudo, Rohto|Tokido, FLY|Punk, NASR|BigBird, Yesports|Chris Wong, BST|Daigo, GyoGun|Moke, Talon|HotDog29, Kayne, SR|NuckleDu, Mister Crimson, 00|Phenom, Mouz|Problem X, M80|EndingWalker, CAG|Go1, DouyuTV|Xiao Hai, HB|Kawano, TwisMinds|OilKing, GyoGun|Mizuha, BLG|Zhen, CAG|Fenrich, RR|Mono, BLG|Vxbao, Valmaster, Saishunkan|Nemo, Luffy, G8S|Pugera, GyoGun|Mago, Cuongster and many more.
Over 400 players have signed up to compete in this event so there’ll be a ton of high level matches going on throughout the weekend, in a similar vein to the Singapore Premier a few weeks ago.
Since this is a Premier Event on the Capcom Pro Tour, it means that winning here grants you a direct qualification to the Capcom Cup finals and with the current system players don’t get many chances to try to land a spot for themselves, meaning a lot of international players have decided to fly out for this one.
It’s a three-day shindig so there’ll be matches going on for hours upon hours throughout the entire weekend, so make sure you tune in for the maximum amount of action.
Streaming is being done at Capcom Fighters.
