Canaan Queens Record Remarkable Win at Ongoing African Table Tennis Championship

 

Nigeria’s representative at the ongoing African Clubs Championship in Tunisia, Canaan Table Tennis Club of Calabar, has continued its impressive run with a remarkable victory over the Challengers of Madagascar.

This latest triumph follows their earlier win against Grappes d’Or de Grombelia of Tunisia, further solidifying their dominance in the tournament.

Canaan Queens was selected by the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation (NTTF) to represent the country at the 2025 African Clubs Championship, taking place in Tunis from February 22 to 24, 2025.

Reacting to the team’s outstanding performance, the Minister of State for Industry, Senator John Owan Enoh, commended the Canaan Queens for their impressive victories so far. He also appreciated the support of Cross River State Governor, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, and expressed confidence that the team will continue to make both the state and the country proud.

With their momentum building, the Canaan Queens now set their sights on their next challenge as they prepare to face Petrojet of Egypt later today.
