What in the world is this world turning to? Why is it as though the Devil has pitched his Tent in our Universities? Our campus community is grossly bedeviled with incessant killings, Maiming, Bloodlettings and several indescribable forms of Mayhem.
Cultism and other cult related fracas has taken over our youths in the Institution of higher learning.. what a misnomer!
Reports reaching our News desk has it that Two students of the Abia State University,uturu were not just murdered but slaughtered and beheaded having their heads dismembered from its bodies . What a gruesome act!
Our source affirm that the incidence happened last night, on a Holy Sunday.
Further reports affirm that the victims were actually beheaded at childoo lodge while their heads were carried by the culprits and dropped at pego 1 lodge, a close proximity to the institution's up gate.
It appears as though nobody is talking. This inhuman act appear to have been perpetrated by cult groups. However, no fraternity has claimed responsibility for the killing.
Our correspondence aver that there are speculations that the murder was done in retaliation to the murder of a particular final year MBL student almost two week ago who was also alleged to be a cultist.
With this sort of thing happening in our campus community, one can only wonder when all these Brutal killings will end as our Tertiary Institutions seems to be no longer safe for Learning.
