Position Summary

We are now looking for a Business Process Control Specialist to be based in Harrismith Factory.
In this role you will be responsible to ensure efficient of the production section in terms of administration, planning control, best practice application, PSA stock management & SAP data accuracies. Ensure that the Globe template and T&P processes are fit in order to meet business requirements. Advise, train & support team leaders and establish formal communication channel with FICO & QA.
A day in the life of a Business Process Control Specialist:
- Release process orders daily and instruct factory planner with alternatives.
- Supervise all capturing of SAM/ downtime, run time and all stoppages.
- Control variances (labour and material) and implementation of appropriate action.
- Chair and mange weekly variance meetings with costing (ADMIN) department.
- Weekly and monthly stock counting of PSA(141,145,172).
- Supervise the use of rework into the product (ensure FEFO) applies.
- Ensure correct recording consumption of rework per process order.
- Close off PI sheet daily with 100% accuracy.
- Supervise the rework champions operations.
- Train end-users in rework management according to T&P, MH BP.
What will make you successful?
- Diploma/Degree in Production Management/ Chemical Engineering.
- 3-5 years’ experience.
- knowledge of factory end-to-end processes.
- Experience with process definition within the T&P application environment (SAP)
