Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Strategic Alliances:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses seeking to outsource their HR functions, ensuring a seamless alignment between their objectives and our capabilities.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Customized Solutions Architect:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique HR challenges and architect tailored outsourcing solutions that drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall business success.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
Market Pioneer:
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging business needs, positioning our firm as the go-to outsourcing partner in HR innovation.
- Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact
Client Relationship Cultivator:
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the outsourcing journey, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Pipeline Orchestrator:
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, orchestrating the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years minimum Experience in Business Development within the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
- Proven ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for business growth and crafting innovative solutions.
