Burnley have had an impressive run this year as they hope to rebound from the Championship back to the Premier League a year after being relegated.
The Turf Moor side are currently in third place only two points behind league leaders Leeds with eight games still to go.
The Championship title appears to be a three-horse race at this stage with the pair and Sheffield United sandwiched between the two.
As such, a vital fixture is still yet to be played as Sheffield United head to Burnley in April.
One man key to their success has been goalkeeper James Trafford who holds 26 clean sheets in 37 games this season alone.
With such safety between the sticks, Manchester United have declared interest in the 22-year-old, however this isn’t the only link between Burnley and The Red Devils.

Burnley receive help from Nicky Butt
It’s now been reported by The Daily Mail that the Championship side have recruited Manchester United legend Nicky Butt to support them this season.
Speaking at the inaugural Champions for Children Gala Dinner in aid of Foundation 92, Butt commented: “I’m getting around a few games doing a bit of work at Burnley two or three days a week – that’s enjoyable.”
He continued: “It’s just getting back into football. When I left United, I was bitter for a few months and fell out of love with it then I realised I was missing it. I’m doing bits and bobs. Not so much academy no, it’s just fun to get back on the grass.
“I just know I can’t sit on my backside at home. It’s not about the money or getting a job to pay for anything, it’s just getting back in whether it’s working with young kids or older players or whatever it might be.”
