Buhari’s Aide Bashir Ahmad allegedly uses Presidential Jet for his marriage (PHOTOS)

In what many have tagged as “abuse of office”, president Muhammadu Buhari has allegedly deployed the Presidential Jet for his Aide, Bashir Ahmad’s wedding Fatiha.

It was reported by Sahara Reporters that, Ahmad, Personal Assistant to President Buhari on New Media, on Thursday flew the jet from Abuja to Katsina where he wedded his heartthrob, Naeemah, on Friday.

However, Bashir has debunked the news that he did not fly the Presidential Jet, rather he used the road from Abuja to Katsina.

“Bashir Ahmad and his friends traveled to Katsina on Thursday by road, proceeded to Kano after the wedding on Friday and they will leave Kano for Abuja by road after the events. This was when I led my friends to receive President Muhammadu Buhari’s representatives at the airport”, Ahmad tweeted while quoting Sahara Reporters on twitter.

Meanwhile, a guess at the matrimonial event, Gimba Kakada, said Bashir and his friends only took photos of the jet when they went to the airport to receive Buhari’s representatives.

“Dear Sahara Reporters, I was at this wedding and I’m here to tell you that this is a fat lie. This photo was taken when Bashir and friends went to the airport to receive the President’s representatives who attended the wedding Fatiha in Katsina. Retract, and apologise for this”, Kakada tweeted.
