On that same day, he decided to break his silence about their split. He took to Instagram to share his thoughts. He’s known to many as a chiropractor, and a husband. He considers the latter his proudest role. His parents have a long-standing marriage, and he’s a family man at heart. But, he believes that sometimes, love for oneself and one’s partner necessitates letting go.
Rachel, on the other hand, has been pretty tight-lipped about the divorce. She’s only mentioned it briefly on her Higher Learning podcast. She admitted to being unexpectedly emotional during the January 5 episode. She started by expressing her gratitude to those who reached out to her. She’s still in the process of responding to them. According to her, it’s in times like these that you truly realize the strength of your support circle.
The 38-year-old hinted at discussing the breakup more in the future. For now, though, she’s just trying to take things one day at a time.
