The elections tribunal suit levelled against Chris Ngoro Agibe has just been struck out by the tribunal court sitting in Calabar.
With this development Rt. Hon. has secured his seat at the lawmaker representing Boki/Etung Federal Constituency at the 9th House of Representatives.
