The Senate has ordered the Managing Director of Julius Berger Plc, Dr Peer Lubasch to appear before the Senate Committee on Works.

The order, which came by way of a warrant, was announced by the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio during plenary on Thursday.

The summons to the Managing Director of the construction giant followed a resolution unanimously adopted by the senators present at plenary.
