Hon Hilary Bisong has been re-elected to represent Boki II State Constituency in the forthcoming 9th Cross River State House of Assembly NEGROIDHAVEN has learnt.
According to NAN Senior Correspondent, 'It's official… Rt. Hon. Hilary Bisong for polling a total of 16,379 votes to emerge winner against the APC with 6,453 votes'.
