Professor Austine Angba of the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture Extension, University of Calabar, (UNICAL) Calabar has been appointed by the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prof. Benedict Ayade, as Acting Rector of Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ugep.
The announcement was made yesterday on the state broadcasting corporation.
