The future of Marcus Rashford at Manchester United remains as uncertain as ever.
The 27-year-old forward has been exiled from the first-team squad in recent weeks.
Ruben Amorim has made his stance clear, showing little interest in reintegrating him.
At one point, he even joked he would rather play his 63-year-old goalkeeping coach.
Their relationship has reached a ‘damaged’ level, with the pair not on speaking terms.
Despite that, Amorim later admitted United are a better team with Rashford.

However, he also insisted the player must change if he is to feature again.
Marcus Rashford has now gone 12 games without making a single appearance.
He has been omitted from all but one of United’s matchday squads during that period.
Barcelona could now offer Rashford a way out of Old Trafford.
The Spanish giants remain admirers of the England international.
They are interested in signing Rashford permanently but are holding off for now.
Meaning they may look to sign the Englishman in the summer, once the season is over.
That is according to Samuel Luckhurst’s report on MEN.
A January move is complicated by Barcelona’s current financial difficulties.
They have the budget for a loan but would need to sell two players first.
Deco, the club’s sporting director, is not convinced about rushing through a deal.
United have spoken to a Spanish agency about a possible transfer but nothing is advanced.
Rashford’s high wages continue to be an issue for any potential suitors.
United are unwilling to cover the majority of his £325,000-a-week salary for a loan.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are already battling La Liga over salary cap restrictions.
That makes an immediate deal difficult, but a summer transfer remains on the table.
United fans will be hoping the Rashford saga can quickly come to its end, with Amorim constantly being asked about him every press conference.
So much has been made about the Englishman, with less focus on the current players that are beginning to shine from his trust.
