Baki the Grappler x Street Fighter 6 crossover returns with free new items for players

Although Street Fighter 6 is technically the most realistic game in the series in terms of appearance, they’re also leaning in pretty hard on their anime connections.

Baki the Grappler has come back to SF6 for the second part of their 30th anniversary celebration with some actual items for players this time around.

By simply logging into the game any time until January 8, 2024, users will receive a free bundle to use in the Battle Hub and World Tour.

Included inside is 12 stickers to use in messages and photos as well as 6 frames pulled from manga panels, and titles for your player profile.

There’s no avatar customization items or anything like that though it may have been difficult considering most Baki characters are known for walking around in just their shorts or pants — though maybe some face masks could have been funny.

It’s technically more than we got from the first part of the crossover since they only gave us avatar recipes to make our own versions of characters like Baki Hanma and Kaoru Hanayama.

But at least it’s all free.

Street Fighter 6 is going to be getting another anime / manga crossover right after this one ends with the Spy x Family collaboration on the way too.
