Duties will include but not be limited to:
Assisting in baking processes
Be the stand-in for the Master Baker
Preparation of ingredients
Mixing and kneading dough
Operating baking equipment
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
At least 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role
Culinary accreditation relevant to the role
Proficient in following recipes
Have an excellent knowledge of cake decorating artistry, baking ingredients and methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
