Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
Manage aftersales engagement and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Collaborate with developers, real estate companies, and facility managers to position air conditioning solutions in large projects.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
Work with the technical team to ensure proper installations and maintenance support for business clients.
