The Secretary of the Student’s Union Government and an erstwhile media anchor for the APC 2019 Gubernatorial elections, Mr Victor Egba pens down his opinion regarding the recent political happenings in the State and the country at large.
While buttressing his point as he eulogizes the sterling leadership qualities of Governor Ayade, he noted that both the Senator of the Central Senatorial District of Cross River State, Sen. Sandy Onor and the Member Representing Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Jarigbe Agom had risen in popularity and firm because of their constant disrespect and disregard for the Governor and his leadership of the party.
Victor noted that the new dispensation today has great regards and respect for Governor Ayade and is ready to tap from his wealth of wisdom and experience to boost the country’s development as he was a major contributing factor to salvaging the country from the pandemic that would have sank the country.

AYADE THE NEW FAVOURITE
Who else has noticed that Ayade has become the Darling of the National Theatre.
However you chose to look at it, it is a beautiful thing seeing your Governor respected out there and celebrated, not us waking up to a Governor spilling nonsense about yours because of political affiliations.
The Sen. Of the Central Senatorial District built his entire support system on criticism of the Governor, just like ‘Sen Elect’ Reps member, such constant show of disregard for party hierarchy in the disguise of activism, can’t be tolerated by any political party in the world. No political party scuttles the interest of it party as the PDP did with Ayade.
And now that APC has him, they can’t wait to put him out there, representing them and sharing his opinions and wisdom on national issues. Who still remembers how Ayade kept the world spell bound following his Covid assertions, if the Governor had the National Government with him he will have done appreciably better with his signature projects.
The past two Governors we now eulogize all where favourites of the Presidents, now we must all send goodwill and warmth even as the dividends of the new national affiliation begins to flow, right from the 18bn Free Trade zone funding.
