Conduct preventive and repair maintenance and other recommended maintenance programs in line with the husky checklists and schedules and as required to keep the equipment in good working condition that will ensure food safety.
Conduct routine spare part inventory and raise notifications.
Monitor the machine sub-unit to identify failure mode and raise notification on SAP/connected worker.
Ensure the injection molding machine is set up to correct process parameters to produce quality preform.
Monitor equipment as per checklist on all stipulated machines, document findings, and recommend actions to be taken through the maintenance report form.
Lubricate the machinery as specified in the lubrication chart and update lubrication documentation.
Ensure all safety sensors, reflectors, and safety controls are in good working condition.
Conduct periodical maintenance on electrical panels and other electrical components.
Carry out Effective and quick mold Changeover and set up Using SMED
Ensure all machine frame structures, bolts, nuts, fittings, and frame legs remain rigid and in the correct position.
Correct all reported faults and rectify all operational malfunctions on stipulated machines during operation.
Ensure equipment is available for production on schedule.
Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in dressing and immediate work area in line with Good Housekeeping Practice
Monitoring of control points, PRPs, and oPRPs in the Preform manufacturing process to prevent food safety-related hazards.
Any other assigned duties.
Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices, food safety practices, good environmental management systems, and occupational Health and Safety practices in all line activities.

Education & Experience
Relevant Engineering Certificate (HND/BSc) or its equivalent.

Basic Knowledge of computer operations.
Good understanding and experience of current manufacturing methodologies.
Experience in the execution of maintenance tasks.
