The Machine Assistant is responsible for assisting the Machine Operator in the operation of a slitting machine.
The Machine Assistant is also responsible for setting up line equipment, labeling cases, packaging of product and quality control.
Responsibilities
Work closely with material moving machine operators and material recording clerks.
Assisted machine operators to run machines that produced corrugated items.
Assist other machine operators on achieving production requirements.
Operated machinery used in the production process,
Assisted machine operators,
Examined products to verify they met quality standards.
Requirements
SSCE / OND / NABTEB / Trade Test.
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
Analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
