About the Role
As the Assistant Grants Manager, you will support the grants administration process from pre-award to post-award.
You will work closely with program teams, finance, and external partners to ensure compliance with funder requirements, timely reporting, and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and submission of grant proposals and reports
Maintain accurate and organized grant records and documentation
Track grant deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements
Support the budgeting and financial tracking of grant-funded projects
Liaise with program staff to monitor grant activities and expenditures
Assist in coordinating audits and donor evaluations
Stay up to date with donor regulations and guidelines
Requirements
A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
1 – 2 years of experience in grants management or administration
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with grants databases is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
