Heads up, folks! Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are no longer hitched. The Associated Press got their hands on some court documents on March 19. These papers from the Los Angeles Superior Court declared their two-year marriage officially over.
This finalization didn’t come out of the blue, though. It’s been five months since they agreed on their divorce terms.
Ariana’s flying solo now, free from her marriage to Dalton Gomez. He’s a real estate broker, by the way. E! News got a peek at some documents that said they settled their divorce on Oct. 6.
TMZ, citing the settlement, spilled the beans on the financial details. Dalton’s walking away with a cool, tax-free $1,250,000. He’s also getting half the dough from their L.A. home sale. But, nope, he won’t be getting any spousal support.
Here’s a twist. They only filed for divorce three weeks ago, but they’ve been apart for six months. The legal papers say they separated on Feb. 20, 2023.
A little birdie (a source) told E! News something interesting in September. “They were taking their time together to slowly work through the details of the agreement privately before filing,” the source said. They’ve been really caring and respectful of one another every step of this process. It’s been a very kind and patient uncoupling process.” So, it seems like it’s been a pretty chill split.
