In a solemn ceremony held on, November 17, 2023, in Calabar, the late Senior Deaconess Angela Etim Attah, mother of Arch Attah, was laid to rest. 
The distinguished senior deaconess passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving behind a legacy of love and a remarkable family.
According to family sources, on that fateful day in July, Senior Deaconess Attah, after starting her morning with a bath and a hearty breakfast, engaged in a cheerful discussion with her children and grandchildren. Amid the lively conversation in her room, she peacefully drifted into a deep sleep, never to awaken again.
Having led a fulfilling life, Senior Deaconess Attah was not only a successful businesswoman but also the beloved wife of the Late Attah Etim Attah, a marriage that produced 6 children, grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. Her dedication to her faith was evident in her role as a Senior Deaconess in the Mount Zion Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, a position she held until her last breath.

The burial ceremony drew a multitude of attendees, including members of the Mount Zion Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, family members, close friends, and associates. Notably, friends of her children, various groups, and associations, including the Iboku Esit Edik Youth Development Assembly, of which Arch Attah is a pioneer member, paid their respects.
Reflecting on her life, it’s important to note that Senior Deaconess Angela Etim Attah’s influence extended beyond familial bonds. Her story is one of resilience, faith, and community service. The Iboku Esit Edik Youth Development Assembly, a socio-cultural and community development group, stands as a testament to the impact she and her children have had on their community.
