It seems the guys can copy her too
To say that Tekken 8’s Season 2 update hasn’t been well received by the player base would be an understatement considering its Steam reviews have dropped to “Overwhelmingly Negative” after it released — and there’s apparently more issues than just the balance.
It seems the new addition of Anna Williams may have a few glitches and unintended bugs in Tekken 8 that leads to some pretty hilarious scenarios.
A new clip by monga_munga shows Anna taking on the moveset of Jack-8, which certainly doesn’t look right.
After getting the first hit of her slap combo countered, the latest DLC character suddenly takes on a different stance and starts using the machine’s attacks.
This appears to be real and not modded though we’re not entirely sure how it works.
It seems likely tied to another known bug with Anna where characters can copy her move when they’re not supposed to.

Having a retaliatory slap back against her has been in the game for a long time, but it only worked for female fighters.
Now, male fighters can use that slap back as well, and it seems to potentially lead to some unintended consequences with some other reports also suggesting the other character can take on Anna’s moves as well.
Bandai Namco has promised an emergency Tekken 8 patch for April to address Jack-8 and Paul, so there’s a good chance Anna’s issue gets fixed here too.
But until then, it looks like Anna is going to have some extra shenanigans to be aware of, and we’ll keep you updated when we learn more.
