The national chair of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC Mr Adams Oshiomole, Friday, wrote the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in respect of the 22nd February judgement laying aside Sen John Owan-Enoh as the authentic governorship candidate of the APC in Cross River State.
