It consists of putting his full bodyweight through his fingers, hands and wrists, before he finished by posing and shooting a crazed look towards camera as if to say he is fight ready.

Joshua posted the video alongside the caption, ‘out my hand’s and leave in God’s’.

Earlier this week, we saw Usyk, engage in his own unorthodox workout, standing on an exercise ball while juggling.

The Ukrainian also revealed that he trains three times a day, waking up at 4:45am to begin his first session at 5am.

As for Joshua, his camp manager David Ghansa revealed in an interview with Sky Sports that ‘AJ’ has been looking particularly potent in sparring.

“We’ve had as many as 13 sparring partners in,” Ghansa told Sky Sports. “People have been hitting the canvas.

“They came in and knew it could happen and got paid for that and I’m not going to hide it.

“People have been hitting the canvas in sparring. It’s been happening.”

And AJ says whomever wins cannot claim to be the no.1 heavyweight boxer until they beat Tyson Fury.

“Unless he’s 100 per cent retired, you’ve got to beat Fury as well,” he said.

“This isn’t about Fury, with all due respect. That’s just my view on that.

As it stands you’re just a winner, you’re a winner at the end of the day. There’s always another challenge out there.

“Until you retire, you’re always going to be challenged to prove you’re the best in the world.

“The minute you say you’re the best, is the minute you should pack up. That’s enough on that Tyson Fury situation.”
