Old Trafford has experienced yet another issue only days after an environmental interruption affected Ruben Amorim‘s post-match conference.
As Amorim addressed the media after his side’s 3-0 loss to Bournemouth, those present found themselves silenced by a leak coming through the ceiling.
Whilst the leak was only minor, it’s yet another problem United have to sort out, adding to their on-field performances and financial pressures to name a few.
However, Old Trafford now has yet another issue facing the iconic stadium.
The Daily Mail have reported that United have found a mice infestation at their home ground.

Old Trafford now home to mice infestation
Hygiene inspectors found mouse droppings on a recent visit, handing the stadium a hygiene rating of two stars. The droppings were found in a ground level corporate suite, as well as in a food and drinks kiosk on the concourse serving fans. However, no rodent activity was found in areas for food preparation.
Previously the stadium had a rating of four-stars, however the inspectors most recent findings have seen these halved.
It’s understood that the club are working with pest control and the local council to implement a series of measures to sort out the problem. Pest controllers are now understood to be visiting the ground between four and five times a week.
The club believes the issue comes from Old Trafford’s location between the canal and railway line, with the club having dealt with a similar issue nearly ten years ago.
In 2015, the club were again working with pest control to tackle an issue of rodents in the North and South stands and staff offices.
