Animation gives us a funny idea on how Akuma might unlock his phone in Street Fighter 6's World Tour mode

Akuma is slated to be the final DLC combatant of the Year 1 Character Pass for Street Fighter 6. Just like with Rashid, A.K.I., and Ed, there will be additional World Tour content added with Akuma’s arrival.

Considering how other characters in Street Fighter 6’s World Tour communicate with the player via texting on a cell phone, fans are eagerly awaiting to see how Akuma will interact with the player. The idea of Akuma text messaging the player is the stuff that memes are made of.

Needless to say, Mr BlondetanamoBay recently created a hilarious animation that demonstrates how Akuma unlocks his phone. It turns out that security is important to Akuma so he has it so that the user must perform the correct finger swipes across a 4×4 pad.

Of course, the finger swipes essentially has Akuma drawing his iconic symbol that appears after he performs his Raging Demon technique. This symbol can be translated to mean sky, heaven, or providence. According to Capcom, it’s a sign that’s meant to represent immortality.

Upon performing the necessary finger swipes, all of Akuma’s apps will appear on his phone. Funnily enough, they appear in a manner that references the aforementioned Raging Demon technique.
