Andalusia Public Library expands hours to better serve community

The Andalusia Public Library is excited to announce extended hours of operation to enhance community access to its resources and services.
Beginning Saturday, March 22, the library will now be open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. every Saturday.
This expansion reflects the library’s ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of residents who enjoy reading, learning, and connecting with others. The Saturday hours will provide working individuals and families with greater opportunities to visit the library.
Director Sara Mixson expressed enthusiasm for the change, stating, “We listened to our community, and our residents wanted more accessibility to the library. We are thrilled to open our doors on Saturdays and give community members more reasons to love their library.”
