A Nigerian doctor, Dr Zainab Suleiman, has said that [email protected] s3x is the new refinery in Northern Nigeria.

The health expert who stated this in a Facebook post on Monday, April 14, 2025.

“Anal s3x in the north is the new refinery Will write about this tomorrow and I will be diving into basir () hemorrhoid and lose of anal sphincter,” she wrote.
